3.5 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting i1918 customer support. Closure is subject to any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or open bets being resolved first.
4.1 Supported Methods. i1918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may change at the platform's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the i1918 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your i1918 account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to verified accounts via e-wallet (TnG eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within five to ten minutes. Bank transfers to Malaysian financial institutions are typically processed within thirty minutes during normal business hours. 4.5 Source of Funds. i1918 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player account where required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.6 Declined Transactions. i1918 is not responsible for charges, fees, or other costs imposed by your payment provider in connection with declined or reversed transactions.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by i1918 are subject to specific terms and conditions set out at the time the promotion is communicated. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse. i1918 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, and pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
5.5 i1918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring offers already accepted and partially utilised by Members.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on i1918 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. These rules are accessible from within each game or market.
6.2 Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. i1918 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where real-time data has been misused, or where there is clear evidence of a system error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed.
6.3 In the event of a technical error or software malfunction affecting a game outcome, i1918 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return all wagers. Where a game outcome has already been paid, i1918 reserves the right to recover any overpayment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i1918 platform:
i1918 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balance in such accounts where permitted by law.
